Thank you for your feedback Geoffrey, it is very important to us. When an order is dispatched, our system sends an automatic email to the email address provided on the order with a tracking number to allow the customer to track their order. As your order left with DPD an automated text message is sent from DPD to the mobile number provided on your order with a delivery date and time.

“The product is as advertised and after trawling the Internet, Hamilton were the best priced. arrived well packed.Some time on the calibration had lapsed since the time of build, one phone call, one email and refund for the time lapsed was refunded. Cheers again.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We have checked your order history on our system, and the order is for four 15mm compression gas ball valves and not for two gas burners. A member of our customer service team will contact you to resolve this.

“The heater I bought works fabulous and I'm really happy with it. The reason for the 4-star review is that I ordered the heater, then had to phone up after 4 working days as I'd not received any updates about my order but the money had left my bank account. Turned out the order wasn't processed and I had to wait a further 3-4 working days until received the heater.”
