“After talking to the knowledgeable and helpful staff, I ordered a replacement stainless steel gas pigtail for my caravan. I was told to expect that standard delivery would take up to 4 working days, pleasingly, the item arrived within 48 hours of placing the order.”

“The wrong pipes were sent with the unit. I was asked to return the pipes so they could be replaced. Hamilton received the pipes over a week ago but have not been replaced. When I rang them I was promised a call back. I'm still waiting for the call. Very dissatisfied with the service.”

Thank you for your feedback John, it is very important to us. We can see that you placed your order for an ROI regulator kit instead of the UK version you required. We had to wait for the incorrect pigtails to arrive back in our warehouse before we could send the correct pigtails out to you. We can see from our records that our Customer Service Team has been in contact with you to arrange the dispatch of the exchange pigtails.

“After researching greenhouse heating products other than electric ones I came across this site. How glad I did. I looked at the reviews which were really positive so decided to give the product a try. I have a 7x5 octagonal greenhouse and just needed a little warmth in there over the frosty nights. I like to take geranium and fuschia cuttings from old stock but sadly this year I have lost a few plants due to no heating in the greenhouse apart from insulation. The heater arrived very promptly and so I was able to get it set up in no time. I already had a patio gas bottle from last summer so that was lucky. I have experimented with the heater and of late have found that by just keeping the pilot light on gives sufficient heating for my needs for my size of greenhouse. I am extremely pleased with the product and the service from Hamiltons.”

“I ordered a bubble tester which arrived on time, well packaged and in good order. All fittings were included and my boat has passed its safety checks. Much cheaper than elsewhere and exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend to friends and other boaters.”
