“I ordered a u gauge but received a piece of pipe. Immediately emailed and was called the next day. Hamilton accepted responsibility for the mistake and despatched the correct part unfortunately I was hoping to use the gauge that weekend and the replacement would not arrive until Monday, it arrived on the Wednesday. They did their best to resolve and I got to keep the piece of pipe. 😀”
