Thank you for your feedback Eric, it is very important to us. Once an order is placed on our website an automatic order confirmation is sent to the email address provided followed by the shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, we do not send customers electronic invoices for website orders however a hard copy invoice is included in the box. Our Customer Service Team will email you an electronic invoice.

“Unfortunately, I bought to use wok to cook. The wok doesn't sit on the center because of (in my openion) faulty manufacture. I returned it and unfotunately I didn't get my return postage.”
