“Despite the claim of 24 hour support this is a 9-5 company! I cannot access my car through the drivers door. Due to work pressure it has taken over a month to arrange a convenient date with the approved repairer. I have not been guaranteed a disabled friendly loan car. I am not able to question the repair technician before work is carried out. I want both damaged doors replacing and the paint to be matched with the rest of the car. Three tone metallic paint. I cannot take the car to my preferred repairer.”

“Very helpful, was insuring an SLK with full AMG body kit fitted from new, wanted to clarify how they viewed this as kit was on from new and not aftermarket. Advisor very helpful and followed up decision in writing. One of most helpful insurance companies I've used in 35 years.”

“Whilst I was reasonably happy with the price of my car insurance over the past year..I was disappointed that it turned out that I decided not to renew with Allianz..which would have been so much easier to let the insurance carry on...taking the hassle out of tedious searches. For a new insurer/quote! Was surprised by the jump in price, and increase in monthly payments! Being left with the stressful job of searching for a better price under extreme pressure, due to time running out!”

“Like so many companies, easy to buy from, poor to deal with. Absolutely spanked me on a change of address on my policy. Of course, they "don't charge for changes to your policy" but they just hide it in their charge to your overall yearly policy. £70 quid extra on a yearly policy for a change of two miles is simply not justifiable or acceptable. Car still garaged, no other details changed. £70. Next time, Allianz, use a knife you rob me. Guy I dealt with was totally unprofessional as well. Accused me of fraud because I hadn't changed the details sooner... 48 hours after I moved in I changed the details. Great job.”

“This company does not provide all the information they should provide before making your payment. They let you pay them the car insurance and then they tell you that they cannot insurance you because you have an EU driving license and not a UK one. This way they give your money back while they keep a commission upon it while they should not!”

“Competitively priced cover and easy on-line experience. If I have one mini-moan it's that comprehensive cover does not include provision for the insured to drive another vehicle not owned by him/her, Although I have no immediate need of this cover it is always useful in, for example, a family emergency. This has always been a standard provision on previous comprehensive policies, so I wasn't looking out for it in the policy wording at the time of purchase.”
