Same scenario: insurance auto renewed, no quote sent in advance and only informed one it had happened - also doubled the monthly rate.
When I called though to cancel however, I can`t fault the service.
Spoke to an operator within 2min, took my details and cancelled my policy free of change, initiated refund of the first month paid already at 100%.
1* for autorenewing without notice and hiking the price, 5* for customer service and dealing with the problem”

B&B also sent me a survey on how I found their claim service, I gave a really negative review and explained the above however still haven't heard anything!”
