“Carrot insurance is great! It's amazing how it rewards you for driving well, its good to get that extra cash! Would recommend this for any new driver. I never wanted to have a black box but it's much better to have one.”

“I love the app and the sorting the documents and the blackbox was very quick and easy. The only thing with the app is that I get marked down for doing short journeys but journeys that were even shorter are getting a perfect score.”

“Very cheap insurance compared to everywhere else. Customer service was great when starting the insurance and have multiple emails to keep me updated with everything. No hassle with proof of identity and address etc. was happy with everything”

“I have been with Carrot Insurance for 3 months and earned £40. Once I received my carrot card I bought a pair of Topshop jeans, which felt free! The idea of getting rewards for driving safe is great!”

“Had no problem with them the first year but when they offered me a renewal quote, I transferred it to another car since I had bought a new one. They offered me £1800 on one day, I called back a few days later and they said the quote is £2500. You also spend more time on hold than you do actually talking to someone.”

“I think it is really good that you can see your driving score through the app, however even though 'there is no curfew', your driving score lowers dramatically after driving past 11pm. Other than that, helpful and you earn money back from driving well. I believe you should earn more money back though as £37 is nothing compared to the actual price of the policy.”

“They cancelled my insurance without any warning, with them allegedly stating they have tried contacting (which is no way the truth) to try and get my driving licence document. I'm not sure what to do as its difficult to find a decent insurance now they have cancelled my insurance. Has this happened to anyone else, if so, what did you do?”

“Absolutely shocking company, rude, not clear about things, claiming modifications haven't been made clear to them when they have. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all.”
