“Black box didnt work, new one was installed 3 months later. When the black box guy arrived he put a screw in the wrong place which stopped my car from coming on. All is now good. But customer service are not very helpful at all.”

“It was all very simple. Organising the set up of the black box was quick. Only delay was that it seemed like there were more and more documents I had to send them when I thought I had already sent them. But they were very helpful and told me what they needed.”

“Black Box took a long time to install, and then didn't work, and then took another age to put another one in. The Black box reads Journeys that were not taken, Customer Services don't really no how to respond to the issue. Overall it's good.”

“Good price for starting insurance, cheapest I could find. Dashboard is brilliant and I like the rewards every quarter. Only one poor thing is the customer service, takes far too long to get through to on the phone other than that everything is great!”

“After the third appointment taking two days off work, the black box guy decided to turn up, on one of the previous appointments they tried to say they had turned up and we were not at home, fortunately I noted and logged all the stressful phone calls I had made, this confirmed he was wrong and did not turn up at all. Also have done two identical journeys on the black box, 1st said a score of ten, second identical trip time driving and speed, score 3”

“Emailed in October as technical problem carrot end still not resolved, end of first quarter was 8/10 still don't know if had rebate as not been contacted currently were disappointed with service, would be lovely if they contact me after reading this !!!”

“Had an accident few days after got this insurance. I even did not uploads all of my documents, still they paid for me. This mileage restriction is not what I like. But considering what did I pay, It is really worth to have this insurance”
