“Easy and simple to register. The live chat system is very easy to use and efficient. Staff members I have spoke to have been extremely informative and knowledgeable. Would recommend to new drivers.”

“Terrible insurance company. Cheap and for a reason. My son had his licence revoked for having no insurance when Carrot clearly stated on documentation that they would automatically renew. They claim they notified him that the insurance would cease via email but he did not receive such and email. After complaint, there has been no redress. Avoid at all costs”

“normally these guys are grate, but last couple of online chats i have had they have not been helpful... These chats have been stressful and complicated”

“They are very cheap and brilliant when you need to contact them. However, if i knew how serious they took their blackbox i would have gone with someone else. They give me - points because "i use my car to much in 24hrs"”

“I enjoy carrot compared to my last insurance and they offer treats to encourage good driving, they also wereless than half the price than other companies and they answer any queries straight away which I really appreciate”
