“I had never heard of them before offered me a very good price way lower than what I expected and they have very good communication in order to resolve problems or arrange telematics box to be fitted was really pleased with the service!”

“The live chat is really great and very quick, I get weekly rewards for good driving which is great. However I have had issues redeeming some of these rewards. However this is being sorted.”

“At first I was quite hesitant as the only way of communication was live chat but when I tried it a few times it was soo helpful, I get more done on the live chat than I used to on the phone it just ran so smoothly and quickly. For me getting insurance has always been a hassle and ongoing emails and there’s always something wrong but I was quite surprised at how hassle free it was. They were very lenient as to when to submit my documents as my previous insurance company took a while to send me my NCB. I also love the Blackbox dashboard system. I can see exactly where I went wrong on what date and which road and the rewards are an added bonus😜👌🏼.”

“The carrot points system is extremely frustrating - they go from "pending" to "lost" within hours and no obvious way/time or date that you can reliably grab them before gone. I have lost hundreds over the past year, not through bad driving but due to being unable to claim in the seemingly narrow time window, that varies!”
