“I took out einsurance for the first time and would never do it again.I have had a complete nightmare trying to get hold of them.If you need to speak with them it is all on premium rate numbers with automated messages that bring you round in circles. There is no communication and they never phone back. They just tell you to speak with the underwriter and sometimes it is for something the underwriter needs them to answer.As regards my claim I don't think they are aware of how its progressing or more to the point couldn,t care less as they have been paid their premium.”
“£1 a minute to call them because they could not receive my email attachment pictures of my driving license phone calls cost £90 for one and a half hours on the phone I asked them three times to call me back and not once did they call me back but they did keep threatening to cancel my policy I ended up sending pictures from my mobile phone just befor they cancelled my policy not a happy customer.”
“To phone them costs in excess of £1.00per minute,the operator I got was incompetent,with no idea of customer service, and they do not reply to emails. Take my advice find a different insurance company.”
