"I met theresachin recovery group through a recommendation from my DCI brother-in-law. He had seen me go through thick and thin to get the funds snatched away in seconds by a lazy fraudulent "company", called Algoforex. He went through his police forensics and records until he came up with one final name, theresachin recovery group, who is the top-ranked in terms of feedback and reviews after tackling recovery cases. This was reassuring but I couldn't help holding a delay before I reached out to them, I emailed and call/whatsapp them on theresachin1212(AT)GMAIL(DOT)COM and WhatsApp: (PLUS)1 (234) 300‑1544. We are talking about $854,550 at stake so to a 29-year-old, that was a lot of money. This just didn't seem possible, at least from my previous experiences. When I said I screamed when I received a bank notification of a deposit of $854,550 it's because I did. In case you are going through an issue concerning your funds maybe in crypto or cash fraud, just try them out and maybe your testimony will be someone else's redemption."

I have been waiting for a claim form for a month …they assure me they have sent and re sent form in post ,but nothing. Hardly likely to be lost in post , twice ? It seems they have a policy to make it difficult to make a claim ,so that you give up. Really dissapointing service …

This insurance company will not pay out. Firstly it was for dental work ( which would have turned into blood poisoning if left) refused to payout. Then urinary tract infection with bladder stones. Refused to pay out. I paid them over £70 a month for several years. Not a penny back. Steer clear of this company.

They lose interest in your family member (dog) when they reach 8. Absolutely disgusted with their price increase when we have insured our dog since birth. Did a Comparison and got a far better deal. So not all bad news.

We use helpucover for our rabbits insurance. Each time we've had to deal with them it's been straightforward and they're helpful. once vet has done their part payment has been quick.

Dreadful company do not use. Sent me a letter of condolence on my sad loss and dog is not dead. Same letter said they were not paying out on the claim as had reached the cap of £500 per year. Policy states the cap is per condition per year and this is for a different condition. Pay £40.85 per month for this and have to pay 25% excess. Daylight robbery. Wiser to put the money in a savings account.

Terrible company, I really would look elsewhere if you want a company you cant trust for your beloved pet and a company that can offer at least a satisfactory level of customer service. We are sorry that we stuck with them due a existing health condition. Please go elsewhere they do not deserve to look after your pets needs.

I cannot believe how awful this company is. They refused to pay my claim, which was only £40! I went to the financial ombudsman who ruled in my favour. They know want to defend the decision. All this for a measly £40. It must have cost them so much more to defend this than pay up. Terrible, ignorant and rude.

Paid insurance for over 6 years. When it came to claiming we weren’t covered. Would put money aside in future. Definitely not worth the hassle or cost.

I've been insured with the company for two years and never made a claim. They've just sent me a renewal and hiked the price by 43%. Sadly, just another money grabbing company that has no concern for customers.

I've had two claims for one of my rabbits this year and they have paid out with no hassle. I haven't yet had my renewal, so who knows it might increase but they've been fine, I've just paid the excess and they've refunded the rest. Even if the premium goes up it's still cheaper than paying the cost of the treatment. The only issue with rabbits is that all dental work is excluded because it's such a common problem, so just something to be aware of.

NO HASSLE CLAIM AND PAYOUT. VETS SENT OUT CLAIM FORM AFTER THE SAD LOSS OF OUR RABBITT. HELPUCOVER TEXT ME TO SAY IT RECEIVED MY CLAIM FORM FOLLOWED BY A LETTER TO SAY SORRY FOR OUR LOSS AND THEN RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING ALL THE CLAIM HAD BEEN AGREED AND MONEY WAS IN MY ACCOUNT THE VERY NEXT DAY. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

My cover had a exclusion put on it due to a previous one off operation my dog had. I challenged the decision and with NO reason given to why they wouldnt cover my dog. I wasn't given the option to now end my application of cover.disgusted and won't be renewing

Absolutely outraged and disgusted with Helpucover pet insurance!! Our dog Millie had an accident on 9th Sept and since has had to go back to the vet on multiple occasions costing close to £200 for treatment! Today I contacted our pet insurance provider "Helpucover" who we have been with for over 3 years and never had to claim. When I called and explained Millie's accident and our claim they advised that because the accident happened on 9th Sept and our renewal started on 23rd Sept we would have to pay our excess fee of £90 twice as this is classed as 2 claims over 2 contract years!! Had our insurance not been due for renewal at the time we would only be charged one excess fee yet because we have remained a loyal customer and continued our pet insurance with them changing nothing on our policy just continuing with them, we are being charged double???? I don't understand how they can do this when it's the same policy, same excess fee, same injury?? Why can we not just pay one excess fee?? With the service we have received from the customer relations team I would not recommend anyone to go with this provider as they were completely unwilling to help with our claim or as a gesture of goodwill only charge us one excess fee terrible customer service and terrible attitudes from the staff!

35% increase from £499.29 X 2 dogs to £674.52 X 2 dogs (June 2017). Disgraceful. They think they have you locked in as we went for lifetime cover.

I just read a review from someone who was annoyed that his renewal premium had increased by 25%. Well, I can beat that by far as my renewal came in this morning and has been increased by 100%!!! I have claimed in the last year to be fair but I am now forced to pay it or take a risk as it's a lifetime policy and so my dog's now "pre-existing condition" will not be covered by another insurer. Of course, there is nothing that helpucover can do about it!!

They auto-renew unless told otherwise. I phoned their customer services and was asked to hold the line while the request was actioned. I was then told I would be passed to someone else who started to waste my time by asking questions about my new insurer. She then proceeded to cancel the policy rather than the auto-renewal - deliberately misinterpreting my request. She was very rude and said I would not get a refund for the remaining days of the policy. She said I would have to go back to customer services to get the policy reinstated. So they were deliberately obstructive when I said I would not renew.

After the death of my father ive seen that my mother's cat is insured for just over £70.00 a month! how a cat that has never claimed in it's life has managed to be insured for over £800 a year is beyond me. As soon as paperwork has been changed i will cancel. This is disgusting of a company to up the premiums by so much. with no claims. The cat may well be a pedigree..but is an inside cat! Will be switching to another company as soon as i can.

We tried to make a claim for an injury to our cat in July only to be told that it was not covered due to an exclusion put on the policy regarding abcesses. My Vet even wrote too them saying there was no connection but they still did not want to know.

My 3 year old cat was hit by a car and was severely injured. She needed an urgent operation on her jaw as well as another major operation on her back and leg. She was insured for £6,000 so I paid the excess and informed the insurance company of her accident. My cat was in the vets hospital for 3 weeks, she had 2 operations on her jaw. Firstly it was wired but was not stable so had plates inserted instead. She had 3 major breaks in her legs and back and again had to have them pinned and plated. My vet bill was £6,800 by the end of all this plus the medication and recovery food she was on. I filled in the forms, my vet filled in his part and a cheque for £6,000 was sent direct to the vet. I cannot praise this company enough, in fact I have recommended them to my friends with animals. My cat survived and almost a year on she is 90% back to normal. If it was not for the insurance I would have loved st her as there is no way I could have paid that amount. Thank you helpuncover.co.uk 5*****
