“dealt with Ian who comes across very friendly and put you at ease its nice to talk to someone who has a sense of humour while doing his job so well. Just a shame he is a villa fan lol he will get that joke and find it funny I hope lol but he was a pleasure to deal with an all round decent person to deal with”

Went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry, really took the time to make sure I was happy and moreover, had a fabulous attitude and humour. Can I request to speak with him in future?
