Worse company i have had to deal with . We have sent countless emails and had countless calling chasing our claim which is now 5 months old .. Have asked numerous times for a senior manager toive a reply or call . i urge you to use anyone but the insurance factory as they will take your money and if you have to claim will refuse to pay out ..

My claims settlement money was supposed to be paid to me but has been sent to a mystery bank account! I had paid for the vet treatment and was asking for the claims money to be sent to me and the vet will have shared the invoice to prove I paid by credit card but somehow insurance factory sent it to what they say is my vet but my vet didn’t ask to be paid and do not accept insurance claims direct and didn’t give their bank details so we now have no idea whatsoever where this money was sent to and why. It also looks like my claim input details have been changed. Petsure are saying they are just brokers and that insurancefactory are who settle the claims. I’ve lodged a complaint with Insurance factory but so far only getting platitudes and a standard response that the complaints service can take 30 days and if I am not satisfied I can go to the ombudsman. I went on Trust Pilot to see this has happened to three other people with pet insurance with insurancefactory where the money was sent to the wrong place and the customer is out of pocket. So clearly this is a frequent mistake or worse that is happening in the company and customers should be being reimbursed and not having to wait for yet another investigation. GIVE ME MY MONEY I AM DUE! My premiums nearly doubled and I haven’t even got my legitimate claims money to show for it. This company is a disgrace. I look forward to a prompt response. Or I will be following this up/broadcasting this in every way possible. Why has no one contacted me in response since I noticed these repeated company errors? Why have I not been sent the money I am due when the error was the fault of your company???? I will be taking my case and these others to the press if I don’t receive my money promptly.

Direct debits are being taken out monthly for my pet insurance. After 2 months of having the policy it has been increased by 25% without notification. I cannot find telephone number. How does one contact this company? Why no notification of increase? Cannot find how to talk to this company.

I have a pet insurance with them. Firstly, it had taken almost three months to investigate my claim. Secondly, I have just received an email with incorrect information and that my claim was declined. My cat only started being ill this year and they suggested a pre-existing condition, provided me with some dates, which related to a completely different problem. I have had problems with my cat starting this year in April, they said it was last year in February. He was never ill that time! He had behavioural problems before and presently he was investigated for a possible cancer. I was not provided with any information.

13 hours on phone to them in last 3 days. Still not spoke to anybody. Offered me a quote and wanted to buy - will not let me. Awful service! Worst experience I have ever ever ever had with a company

Terrible. I really regret getting hooked in by their cheap initial offer if car insurance. Next time it goes up considerable and if you get caught mid term , needing to alter your insurance.. it’s terrible. Mine went up £45 a month. Can’t wait until I can ditch them

We took out insurance but changed our mind, unfortunately cancelling a few hours after the 14 days cool off had expired. We still had to pay for 15 days (they tried to charge 16 days) and despite protests there was no tolerance at all. Whilst “legally” they may be allowed to, I would say the customer service and non-acceptance of our argument left a poor taste. Will definitely never use them again and would strongly recommend others to avoid. I can only imagine all sorts of problems in the event of a claim.

Happy to take my money until a claim needed to be made then doubled the premium then ultimately refused to renew. Definitely an ombudsman case - don’t touch them with a barge pole !

Not impressed with their turn around processing and funds claiming time i must confess but I'm happy with the way corasource.com helped me recover my money after i had fallen victim to an online scam, it was such a wonderful relief as I would have ran into a huge debt, Thanks be to God and Corasource. I was a victim of a theft I have had 7 years with the company as soon as I maid a claim I was given a railroad response hidden costs no help £1300 for not bein able to keep my policy ... I feel sick

My van was stolen & therefore my insurance was cancelled. I received a letter requesting £185, upon speaking to them they advised that I had to pay the entire year as it was registered as a fault claim, even though it was not my fault. They would not budge on amount owing & even charged me the direct debit interest until the end of the term. Absolutely crazy, avoid this company at all costs.

Poor company Poor company, all this company wants is your money tried charging me £100 to cancel my insurance was willing to pay the £40 cancellation fee which it states in the agreement but the extra they add on is ridiculous. Will not recommend to anyone.

Literally the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. I will never use this company again. Changed policy and all it’s details including payments without notifying me. Ombudsman told me tat it was a serious legal issue if they have and I was entitled to complain, I’m just glad I’ve moved to another company. Very rude staff don’t know what they’re doing and managers who give attitude.

Very Bad Experience, I am afraid dealing with this company is invited uncertainty and insecurity. They rearrange an insurance for my company because my main driver resigned for another job. They collected the balance premium for the terminated cover and rearranged a new for the second diver to become the main driver, however they failed to set up a new direct Debit order after collecting my account number. A month later I had a letter from Close Brothers with additional charge of 30 pounds for none Payment, Insurance wanted to intimidate me to accept responsibility for their fault and insisted I should pay the charge. I refuse to pay the charge and they cancel my policy and demanded for extra 108 pounds. They are fraud with no compassion for customer. I would certainly not recommend Insurance Factory. if you must use them then you must be ready to accept their discrepancies

Every year for the past 3 years I have been contacted by Insurance factory about a policy which is running out then a day later a credit company contacts me to set up an agreement for that insurance policy. There is no insurance policy. Despite having asked for my name and contact details to be removed form their database nothing happens and I cannot see any emails complaint address so anything said on the phone can be ignored easily. Dreadful company.
