I have spent hours ringing this company and speaking to 5 agents trying to get them to send me confirmation of the correct details on my policy of my new car but they repeatedly send me my old car details despite having paid my premium.

It wasn't made clear on buying the policy that I am unable to drive any other car other than my own. I had to make a claim as I left my car and came back to it with my friends and found it damaged and no-one had left a note on the car. The initial response was good, they emailed me instructions on how to get a body repair and where, and that I would be allocated a courtesy car. I took my car in, it was examined, a date was arranged, all fine. A few days later I received an email saying that I had contacted them to cancel my repair and they had noted it down on my policy and the repair couldn't be rearranged! I rang them up and couldn't get connected, tried several times all to no effect. I emailed them to say I had taken the car and had a date for the repair. Waited days then they emailed me to say that they had noted this down. I went along to the body repairer wondering if I still had a booking!! Cannot fault repairers and the courtesy car was a dream to drive. I am not going to renew my policy with Insure Pink again as I was not at all impressed with their customer service. Fancy saying that I had contacted them saying I had cancelled my repair? This was a lie.

Received my renewal quote, which was £154 more than the previous year. Shopped around and got my insurance actually cheaper than last years. When I tried to ring Insure Pink I couldn't get through! Over 4 days of trying to ring them, I'd been on hold for over 3 hours in total. It got to the point where, in the renewal date, I was actually insured by 2 Companies! In desperation, I contacted Hastings (Insure Pink's underwriters). They were very helpful and did eventually manage to get the policy cancelled. Most definitely wouldn't use again! I'd even tried Claims Line & New Policy line and couldn't get through to either of those!

my last insurance was 884.29£. Now is 1208.46£. Can not contact the company to cancel it. The renewal is due in couple days. What can I say? Never ever do it again.

Tried to get insurance was answering questions for over half an hour and was still not finished gave up found many questions were not nessary and repetitive

Getting my no claims discount to this provider was a nightmare. I sent my old docs via a PDF and this was not good enough, even though it had the relevant information on it. The provider kept saying they would cancel my insurance if they didn't receive a letter headed copy of my NCB from the previous insurer which I was awaiting from my previous insurer. The document that my previous insurer sent which I forwarded on and was accepted, had all the same information as the one I'd already sent? All in all quite a stressful experience. All though price does come into it, next time I come to renew if there's another provider that's a little more expensive I would chose them over my current one.
