Indeed, Prundential PLC chairman Mike Wells and his pal Paul Manduca did not act when, as a Prudential customer, I alerted him to the fact that staff at the pension review section in Reading had falsified customer pension documents and passed them on for processing as being genuine documents?
What was the response? They had my email blocked and asked staff not to correspond with me.
