Very bad insurance company , do not insure with them , you wait on the phone hours to speak to someone.

***!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!*** STOLE £454.01 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT! DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURER. I WENT WITH THEM FOR A YEAR SO FOR THE SAKE OF RENEWING I WOULD AS THEY ARE CHEAP & THOUGHT WOULD BE LESS HASSLE & EASIER THIS TIME WITH THEM HAVING ALL MY DOCUMENTS & MY 6 YEARS NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT. BIG MISTAKE I THOUGHT I WOULD PAY IN ONE GO SAVING THE INTEREST & HAVING THE MONEY FROM JUST GETTING PAID I WOULD DO IT. HAVING JUST FINISHED MY NIGHT SHIFT & FINISHING AT 7AM THOUGHT I WOULD DO IT ON THE INTERNET SAVE PHONING UP. WELL THERE STARTS THE PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY WOULD NOT LET ME LOG ON SO HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR. SO THOUGHT OK HAVE A QUICK BITE TO EAT AS I NEED INSURANCE TO GET TO WORK & ALSO BUSINESS INSURANCE TO WORK. RANG UP AS SOON AS THEY OPENED 8AM SHE SAID WAIT AN HOUR TRY AGAIN AT 9AM DID THIS HAD TO RING AGAIN THEY SAID WAIT A FEW MORE HOURS EACH CALL TAKING ABOUT 20 MINUTES JUST TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE THEN AT LAST I COULD FINALLY LOG ONTO MY ACCOUNT ONLINE AT 16:00 SO THOUGHT FINALLY CAN FINALLY SORT IT OUT AFTER ALL THE CALLING THE PREMIUM NUMBER ALL THOSE TIMES WAITING EACH TIME. PAID THE £454.01 & SAID, "THE AUTHORISATION WAS SUCCESSFUL" BUT UNDERNEATH IN THE INSTRUCTIONS SECTION IT SAID: "THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT. PLEASE CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE" SO RANG UP YET AGAIN WAITING ALONG TIME FOR THE WOMAN TO SAY ITS WITH ACCOUNTS WAIT 5 DAYS FOR IT TO BOUNCE BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT! SO THATS £454.01 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK FOR 5 DAYS WHICH I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS. I CAN ONLY ASSUME BECAUSE THE SITE KEPT GOING DOWN THEN BACK UP THAT IT WAS SOME SORT OF ERROR BUT 5 DAYS TO GET SUCH A LARGE SOME OF MONEY BACK SOUNDED LUDICROUS. WHAT AM I SUPPOST TO DO FOR 5 DAYS WITH NO MONEY THAT WAS MEANT TO BE FOR MY INSURANCE I SAID THIS TO HER & SHE SAID GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH HER RUDENESS SHE SAID RING UP THE BANK AND TELL THEM TO MAKE IT GO BACK QUICKER ONCE SHE SAID THAT ALARM BELLS WERE RINGING. SO I RANG THE BANK UP & THEY SAID ITS QUICKSURE'S RESPONSIBILITY AS THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL. SO I RANG THEM UP AGAIN & TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS THE SAME RUDE LADY I SPOKE TO BEFORE & SHE SAID I TOLD YOU 5 DAYS! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE & STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION & EVIDENCE OF THE PHONE LOG & WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER. I HAD TO RING UP TO FIND OUT & NOT RECEIVED ANY REFERENCE OR EMAIL/CALL TO TELL ME ABOUT THIS MATTER. DO NOT USE SHOCKING!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Tried ringing and emailing to sort out a problem with them to no avail, then they cancelled my insurance then still charged me for the next month!!! Worst insurer ever, they can poke there insurance where the sun don't shine !!!!!

Took insurance out year ago because it was cheap but dont be fooled..they make their money back by robbing you with their contact number you wait about hour to be then cut of this has happened to me 4 times this week on thr phone to them now stil on hold after 46min you dont get reply back if you email them either go to propher company and pay the little bit extra and get propher customer service

Absolutely abismal level of customer service! Been waiting on the phone for over an hour to be cut off when I got through, customer service agent I spoke to was rude and practically blamed me for not having recieved V5C. Basically been told if I don't get his document to them I will have my insurance cancelled!Will NOT be renewing policy next year, it's nice to feel as though you are a valued customer when you have forked out your premium upfront!!

Emailed them 7 times advising I urgently need proof of my no claims discount or my new insurer is going to increase my Insurance by £400 but no response. Called up at all times of the day to try and catch them when they're not busy but I am constantly on hold for over an hour until in the end I give up! I don't think I'll ever get proof of my NCD!

Maybe cheap but u get what u pay for... Tried to contact them for a week! No access to online account, nobody picks up the phone (waiting 1h on 3 occasions and it's a paid number!) sent an email no reply after 3 working days!!! Disaster! And all I wanted is to change the vehicle! Ended up changing insurer eh.....

Very cheap but you get what you pay for its crap in my eyes they have about 3 people working there they take forever to pick up the phone they never get back to you when they say they will , I will NOT be renewing with them!!!!!

Had some very rude customer service experiences with some of the people who worked there. Some were nice but some were very unhelpful

This is a 'no frills' budget online insurance company which provides the cheapest quotes by keeping overheads down. However, you cannot speak to anyone if you have a problem. It has an absolutely maddening system of listing the questions you can ask and makes it extremely difficult to ask something that is outside of the prescribed list. I wanted to add a temporary driver, but it would not allow me because it said that I had outstanding documentation which I had to upload first. However, it would not tell me what they needed.There was nowehere in 'my account' where it showed what I had uploaded and what they were still waiting for. I could not ring anyone to sort this out, and eventually worked out how to email them and it then took 2 weeks for them to reply with the details of what was outstanding. By then it was too late to insure our friend. This could be a great service but not as it is currently set up. I would not want to renew with this company.

Easy to deal with but i dont think they give no claims bonus on my particular policy, so i,ll find out what they will charge me on renewal.
