Not happy after a year of insurance they dont want to insure me for next year they havent give me any years no claims iv had no accidents but yet declined second year insurance keep away people

Stay away people, rude grumpy untrained staff who haven't got a clue, utterly disgusted in the service i have just received. Calling them utter nightmare, emailing them waste of time. My little 3 year old niece would do better. Honestly stay away, go forbid i did have a crash an needed to claim

????????????????????????????????PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY i have sent 15 emails made 5 phone calls and each waiting at least 1 hour, this is the worst customer service i have received in a long long time. They havent got a clue. Arragant nasty tone in her voice, not helpful at all my 6 year old has better phone skills and maners. On my last attempt i called wait 1hour 45 minutes finally managed to cancel my insurance within the 14 days coolin off period so lets see if my 505quid is put in my account like promised. You save money yes but trying to contact them with make up for the savings. All she kept saying was go online go online i couldn't "go online" coz it wouldnt work, also she saix you can go online using a phone oe tablet, you can only uae a computer. When i asked her fo cancel over the phone she said she couldn't do that because you have to do it online. I then commented that it stated in the email that it says i can cancel on the phone and provided me with a number to call. She then told me the email doesnt say that, ans then when i said i would email her to show it she changed her mind and said the email was wrong and it hasnt beens updated. Yes its cheaper but pay the extra somewhere else. Fingers crossed my money is out back into my account. Good luck

avoid at all cost any money you think you have saved is soon eaten up trying to contact them

Got my insurance and that was it - would not get back to me about bring able to view my documents. Could not log onto their website. Made no effort to get back to me through various emails.

shockingly difficult to contact about any simple issues or enquiries regarding my account and what i am entitled to. offices are closed during hours that it's supposed to be open, according to the website. very inconsistent and difficult to contact ! very disappointed

Quicksure is a great insurance company gave me an excellent quote, a lot better that any other company I recommend quick sure to everyone, I don't think any company can beat there quotes. Thanks guys will be insuring my car with you again

Were happy to insure my 17 year old daughter with a provisional license and when she passed her test she automatically became to young to insure. This should of been very clear at the onset as I now need to find another insurer and pay a cancellation fee. Should be made illegal

The customer service is absolutely disgusting. They have no patience Wat so ever and have no idea on how to work their own computer systems. After 30mins waiting to be connected through to them and 10 minutes trying to sort an issue with their system, they basically told me to go get another insurance as they have other customers waiting and it is taking to long. I'm actually glad I experienced this with them because I can only imagine if anything was to happen whilst insured with them they would be useless.

Not quite sure what the others are rambling on about, but we've recently had an accident which wasn't out fault. We're now approaching the 7th working day - and everything is sorted. Customer services/Accident handlers have been superb - and payment in process - no crazy wait times. And the policy was the cheapest with a named provisional driver - £1100 for civic 2.2 diesel. A provisional learner on a 2.2 that is.

Cheapest insurance in the world but then again I have't needed to contact them. Just happy it was so cheap. Will post an update if any problems occur. As they say, you get what you pay for.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, PLEASE DON'T USE THEM, AS PREVIOUS REVIEWS, THEY DON'T TAKE PAYMENTS AND WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GET THROUGH TO THEM ON THE PHONE, WHICH THE HOURS ARE BETWEEN 08.00 AND 17.00 (0845 No. 45 MINS WAIT) NOT HELPFUL, VERY RUDE, TELLING YOU THAT (EVEN THOUGH ANOTHER PAYMENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THEM) BECAUSE A PREVIOUS PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE (NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BANK MAY I POINT OUT) THE POLICY WAS CANCELLED, SO HAVE BEEN DRIVING FOR A WEEK WITH NO COVER, EVEN THOUGH NUMEROUS EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT, WHICH IS WHAT THE MESSAGE TELLS YOU DO WHEN WAITING ON THE LINE FOR HOURS, AND ALSO FIVE MESSAGES LEFT WITH THE OUT OF HOURS TEAM, WHO ARE LIARS AS WELL, BECAUSE APPARENTLY WHEN YOU FINALLY GET THROUGH AND FIND OUT THE TRUTH, THERE'S NO RECORD OF ANY CALLS YOU MAKE OR EMAILS SENT ON YOUR FILE, AS FOR THE LAST PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY THEM (AFTER THE POLICY WAS CANCELLED) WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE CREDITED TO ME IN A FEW DAYS(PROBABLY ANOTHER LIE SO YOU HAVE TO PHONE AGAIN TO LINE THEIR POCKETS WITH THE 0845 TARIFF) WE,LL WAIT AND SEE....IN SHORT - PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

Good overall must say members of customer services that I've encounter with were pretty rude, grumpy and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough! The option to add breakdown cover to my policy was not accepted which felt was wrong

***!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!*** STOLE £454.01 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT! DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURER. I WENT WITH THEM FOR A YEAR SO FOR THE SAKE OF RENEWING I WOULD AS THEY ARE CHEAP & THOUGHT WOULD BE LESS HASSLE & EASIER THIS TIME WITH THEM HAVING ALL MY DOCUMENTS & MY 6 YEARS NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT. BIG MISTAKE I THOUGHT I WOULD PAY IN ONE GO SAVING THE INTEREST & HAVING THE MONEY FROM JUST GETTING PAID I WOULD DO IT. HAVING JUST FINISHED MY NIGHT SHIFT & FINISHING AT 7AM THOUGHT I WOULD DO IT ON THE INTERNET SAVE PHONING UP. WELL THERE STARTS THE PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY WOULD NOT LET ME LOG ON SO HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR. SO THOUGHT OK HAVE A QUICK BITE TO EAT AS I NEED INSURANCE TO GET TO WORK & ALSO BUSINESS INSURANCE TO WORK. RANG UP AS SOON AS THEY OPENED 8AM SHE SAID WAIT AN HOUR TRY AGAIN AT 9AM DID THIS HAD TO RING AGAIN THEY SAID WAIT A FEW MORE HOURS EACH CALL TAKING ABOUT 20 MINUTES JUST TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE THEN AT LAST I COULD FINALLY LOG ONTO MY ACCOUNT ONLINE AT 16:00 SO THOUGHT FINALLY CAN FINALLY SORT IT OUT AFTER ALL THE CALLING THE PREMIUM NUMBER ALL THOSE TIMES WAITING EACH TIME. PAID THE £454.01 & SAID, "THE AUTHORISATION WAS SUCCESSFUL" BUT UNDERNEATH IN THE INSTRUCTIONS SECTION IT SAID: "THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT. PLEASE CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE" SO RANG UP YET AGAIN WAITING ALONG TIME FOR THE WOMAN TO SAY ITS WITH ACCOUNTS WAIT 5 DAYS FOR IT TO BOUNCE BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT! SO THATS £454.01 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK FOR 5 DAYS WHICH I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS. I CAN ONLY ASSUME BECAUSE THE SITE KEPT GOING DOWN THEN BACK UP THAT IT WAS SOME SORT OF ERROR BUT 5 DAYS TO GET SUCH A LARGE SOME OF MONEY BACK SOUNDED LUDICROUS. WHAT AM I SUPPOST TO DO FOR 5 DAYS WITH NO MONEY THAT WAS MEANT TO BE FOR MY INSURANCE I SAID THIS TO HER & SHE SAID GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH HER RUDENESS SHE SAID RING UP THE BANK AND TELL THEM TO MAKE IT GO BACK QUICKER ONCE SHE SAID THAT ALARM BELLS WERE RINGING. SO I RANG THE BANK UP & THEY SAID ITS QUICKSURE'S RESPONSIBILITY AS THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL. SO I RANG THEM UP AGAIN & TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS THE SAME RUDE LADY I SPOKE TO BEFORE & SHE SAID I TOLD YOU 5 DAYS! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE & STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION & EVIDENCE OF THE PHONE LOG & WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER. I HAD TO RING UP TO FIND OUT & NOT RECEIVED ANY REFERENCE OR EMAIL/CALL TO TELL ME ABOUT THIS MATTER. DO NOT USE SHOCKING!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
