“Great service as usual. Only problem was with breakdown dept. Vehicle broke down. Phoned quoteline for number to call. Checked with operator that the insurance Was in place confirmed yes. Rang breakdown informed me no insurance in place. Rang quote back they confirmed again. Some glitch somewhere but made the ecperience frustrating”
