“ the Customer service was awful I tried calling them and it took me ages to get through the menu when I called up and then when I finally got to the stage where it would connect me they hung up and said they were closed ”

After speaking to a second member of staff it was apparent they knew less than the first person. I ended the call. phoned another company and was sorted in under 15 minutes. Very poor service. ”

“ My son has had a black box fitted two years ago and his renewal has just come through, he rang customer service to speak to them regarding a cheaper price he could get, they were not interested and wanted to charge him an extra £100.00 as he had changed his job, still in the automotive trade. They would not consider any discount, I have never heard of this before, obviously don't want to keep repeat custom, my advice - don't use them. ”
