“Everything has been fine - abit frustrating how the app works sometimes as it can give what I believe to be false data . The fact that I was cleaning my car and the device had stopped working so I took it out, cleaned it and put it back in to receive an email saying I’ve breached my insurance contract was fairly unnecessary”

“Not happy with the portal and app. Can not log in via phone to check my wisedriving score. Also, I previously had an excellent score with my old car and now that I have replaced cars the score varies, even though I take the same route to work everyday.”

“I’ve got the most expensive quote out of everyone I know and there are people with bigger engines and more expensive car. I understand it’s because of my age and location but I was under the impression that good driving would help bring that down. For the first few months I concentrated hard on that but since my review I’ve only saved £100 making my insurance still really expensive. It hasn’t been reviewed recently so I’ve stopped caring about how well I drive as there’s no reward factor”

“The wise driving app never works says that I’m not registered with wise driving. The telematics boxes don’t work properly and are incorrectly installed by the engineers. The only good things i like about wise driving is that the staff are always polite and helpful on the phone and that the courtesy calls when the box tells them you’ve had a crash(even if you’ve just bumped a kerb or gone up a ramp) are very efficient and caring”

“I had a lot of problems when I first joined. Getting the black box fitted was a big issue as the first time the appointment was cancelled and the 2nd time they came at a time when I said I would not be at home so I had to pay to get it fitted. Also had a issues with sorting out certain details over the phone. I would not recommend this company and will not be using this insurance ever again.”

“Left in November after a no fault accident. Despite sending in letter from the underwriters showing claim closed and fully paid out I am still being chased as you have not closed my account. You could not offer suitable cover for my new car.”
