“Awful customer service! rude, don’t do what they say, advise you incorrectly and total rip off company. For 1 mth insurance they are charging me £700. I put £300 down paid 1mth premium at £128 and cancelled. I got advised no refundable deposit of £150 plus £75 cancellation free and any remaining money would be put back onto my card! I then receive a bill asking me for a balance of £300 for time insured!!”
