Got an unsolicited email from this company, dont know anything about Wisedrive.

Hi, We do apologise for the inconvenience. We are a broker and we work with a few different brands of insurance. We would hold you contact details on file if you have held a policy with one of the other brands we manage. The email was sent out due to a technical error. Even if driving is perfect it still finds fault , after 2 years of getting 10 out of 10 for acceleration it suddenly went down, same with braking, company isnt interested in customer complaints

Very expensive . Every year put price up . I am custumer since 5 years and i pay 180 . Is time to change . Bye bye whise driving

The telematics box is fairly unreliable. As soon as I got it it reduced my acceleration to zero and it never has recovered. They’ve now increased my price by almost £200 a year.

Difficult company to organise installation and maintaining my black box for the past two years. When I didn’t want to renew, they said there would be a fee to remove the box which I wasn’t made aware of when it was first installed. I would not recommend to a friend.

Score goes down as soon as what is deemed poor driving then takes ten times longer to build up so I don't get money back. E.g I was on a good score..I was on a 40mph road and doing 38..a kid run out of knowhere..I had to do an emergency stop and did it well. .my points went down for this moment of quick reactions and good stopping ability. .Its unfair

£30 charge for missing 1 payment

Hi, We would like to extend our apologies concerning the issues you’ve had. Your funding provider Close Brothers Premium Finance charges a £30 late fee for any defaulted direct debit payments. This fee is stipulated within the credit agreement terms and conditions you would have had to agree to when the agreement was set up.
