“After taking the day off to have my box fitted, after ringing you 2 hours after the scheduled time the fitter didn't turn up YET you proceeded to tell me how it was my fault for not calling before to check up on him. It was also MY fault that he was late, the operator even rang his head office to find out where he was, but to my surprise yet again even they didn't know where he was. The box was fitted the week after and didn't connect straight away. It's been fitted since November and I still cannot log in on my app. After checking the guidelines I thought my driving number would go up and down on the regular but to my surprise in hasn't moved a bit since the fitting. This is the first and last time I shall be taking out insurance with you and shall be telling everyone I know in person and social media to NOT take out insurance with you. Haven't even received an apology. Thanks again Have a nice day.”

“I have already raised a complaint but no one has got back to me. My initial set up was a disaster, I wasn't told about a lot of things and now i'm stuck in a contract I will probably just leave at the end. I felt like the entire first three months caused nothing but stress. The last person I spoke to was the only decent person I spoke to everyone else didn't care so that was a positive.”
