“Well firstly, the blackbox it's too sensible and as an example: if I am in like 30mph and need to reduce the speed and by mistake I put the car in the 2nd gear instead of the 3rd gear, the blackbox takes it like a hard braking and penalises me... Also if I don't accelerate like a granny, and I accelerate normally the black box says that I accelerated too quick and penalises me which it's not good... And the last: the price of the insurance for third party it's a bit high too.”

“Very disappointed been the same driver have constant over 80% all of a sudden things change I contacted your company but the response I have was very poor and my premium was increased for no good reason”
