They charge my bank account of £300 account after policy was cancelled asked to leave credit agreement in place due to claim made against and pay extra £400, after investigation 10days many calls I manage to prove it was wise driving mistake, thy not close open claim after 6 month! This company robing people, I fighting to get my money back!they do not care, customer service is horrible, every person is lost!Not able to answer question, Stay away people!!For 9 month they charge us for all year price!!

Wisedriving charged me £45 for missed appointment for their black box installation when I was at home all day waited for them sacrificing my wage and took a day off!! nobody has turned up. now they are saying somebody has come and called me when I didn't see anybody on that day or called me. and I was the one whos been chasing up for this to be done ASAP. they are very rude and has frosty manner. and take customers money whenever they want to with any reason they can make up. absolutely scam warning here. I've contacted Wisedriving on 11 Dec several times with one of their representatives regarding this £45 charge for missed appointment for black box installation. I initially had an appointment on 8th Dec Friday. and i'd waited for the installation guy all day. and no one had showed up. you said, the guy called me. but I can prove that nobody has called me on that day except a phone call from my partner and from Toyota dealers. hence, I had to call you guys back after around 2-3pm asking where this installation guy is and when he is coming as I've been waiting for this all day. and the rep asked me to re-book the appointment as its already late afternoon that they can't send somebody at that time. so I did. finally, on Monday 11th. this guy has showed up and this time, I got his phone call and quickly ran out and called him. so all the installation was eventually done. however, a few hours later, I've received an email from wisedriving that i'll be charged £45 for Friday's miss appointment which obviously isn't my fault and I'd also waited all day and wasted my time waiting for this and ridiculously i'm even being charged for my time. they said they are holding a proof that the driver has come that day and hold photos. I requested this on 11th dec to send me the full proof, otherwise, I will report this problem to relevant gorvt department and card company to appeal this unfair charge. but since, I haven't received any of this proof that they said they have and charged my card without my agreement. as said, I had wasted all day on 8th dec to wait for this guy and have lost my days work and pay. again on 11th the following Monday. so 2 days of my wage have written off as well as the unfair charge of £45.

Theives!!!! I'm not going into details as it's way too much to write down here. This insurance broker who is not very popular charges you for everything, e.g. installing and removing box. I insured my car for 5 months with them, and paid monthly 93 pounds. Then sold my car as I needed money, I paid camcellation fee, after 2 weeks got a letter asking me to 270 pounds cause of early cancellation!

Awful company. Engineer came out to take copies of my documents and fit car. A week later I'm being threatened with cancellation for not providing documents. I had to change my address during my policy. This is free to do online and the change incurred no extra premium. Later received an email to tell me I did not complete this process and they want £27 for change of address plus £35 admin fee. Been arguing it out with them over emails for weeks now with constant threats of cancellation. I had black box insurance last year, I paid my quote, got my details, got my box fitted and never heard from them again. It was wonderful. These guys will make up anything to charge you something extra. Avoid.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Cancelled my policy after 3 weeks as the engineer turned up 1 hour late to the appointment to fit black box - at my work when place was already closed! Previously phoned twice to double check appointment and give working hours which they noted on the system. This was an 8 hour time slot and I was advised the last appointment would be 4pm, so because I left work at 4.45pm when I finish - it was “my negligence” for not being there!! Will do anything to get your money..AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Everything has gone wrong. I took a policy out with them over a year and a half now, when I first took the policy out everything was fine, I was paying £76 a month. When it came to renewing my insurance the cost had gone up to £91 a month, I have just received a letter through the post telling me that due to my score going down to 78/100 they are adding £79 to my annual payment, which then upped my insurance to £108.66. I have tried phoning for several days to get an answer and the only thing they kept telling me was to check my dashboard (which i knew nothing about). They have now told me that I can cancel my insurance but they will not tell me the cancellation fee until next week AFTER my monthly payment has come out..

I have been with wise driving for 2 months after 1 week and a half I had an accident (none fault) infomed them about what happened, my car was taken by the 3rd party and they told me they will put my account on hold and i informed the black box, A few day's after I got my car they cancelled my insurance because they said the black box is not in my car. I had an accident before they could come fit the box in I already informed them of this but they don't care and they said they can't do anything about in it out of their hands. This insurance keeps going round in circles they don't listen I had to keep telling them of my situation had problems from day one. They don't care about costumers they just take your money. DON'T INSURE WITH THEM!!!

I wouldn't say "acceptable". But a couple of steps above just how bad some things can be. Hassle: Little Service: also little It's a bit like talking to a rock But at least it's a rock that doesn't try to screw you over in any way that's not already on paper. At least not on purpose. Being handed off to other companies if an accident happens (that's not even your fault) is just bad form, and unprofessional. But at least they don't try to take everything and your pinkie toe for a glass of water.

Wise Driving cancelled my policy as their engineer failed to take sufficient photos of my V5 when he came to fit my black box. Most disgusting of all is that I had to pay £150 for him to provide this serivce, which he failed to do and consequently my policy was cancelled following one email which I missed, their lack of customer service and communication is shocking. I ended up paying over £1000 for 2 months insurance including my deposit and was refunded less than £200 an a mistake which was their own! Disgraceful company, was simply told sorry nothing they could do or I could pay £450 deposit again to start a new policy! Avoid at all costs.

No problems great company Quoted £118a month Guy installed my box within 4 days no problems Monthly payments went down to £82 a month with a good driving score (mine was 82%) No mile restrictions I even changed cars 6 months into my policy (£75 charge for change over and a new box fitted) all hassle free Really helpful when I had questions Don’t see why they have so many bad reviews

At the moment, really, have nothing bad to say about this company. Got a quote total of £1100, they themselves rang me up 2-3 days after I paid the deposit and received my insurance papers to book an engineers appointment to fit my black box. Engineer arrived as scheduled, took some 10 minutes to fit it with no issues. After deposit my monthly payments we set to £93 a month, now it’s been 2 months and I had no issues with paying them. I don’t really drive after 11PM so it was fairly easy to keep my score at 99 - I have now received my first review after 2 months and received £154 discount for good driving. Hopefully it continues to be as easy as it is right now without any complications in future.

Wise driving demanded I pay an additional £495 as my driving score had dropped. I had already paid a £2000 premium so demanding another £495 in a week with threat of cancellation says it all about them really. DO NOT USE

Took 1 years car insurance £1600 ,paid in full. Cancelled after 2 months, Paid £75 cancellation fee and expected to get 10 months worth back. Not at all....They charged me another £175 for what they called DAILY FLOATING RISK. and no repayment of the 10 months insurance . I might as well have said nothing and then i would not have had the cancellation fee and DFR. When asked how this was all calculated the person said it was confidential. so no explanation about why i have been charged the DFR and no reimbursement of the years fee.

Absolute thieving scum! Was lured in by a cheap quotes and this year I am quoted double the amount! And whilst being insured with them I’d been driving well, I got random fines of £70, £80 and £75 saying I’d been driving at inappropriate times, braking to hard etc.. just silly excuse to make me give them more money!! DONT USE WISEDRIVING!!

Pathetic scammers. Told me I couldn't have a black box installed after taking the day off work waiting for the man to arrive all because when he got there he said my alloys were PAINTED black which I did not know as I had just bought it from the garage. I was then sent a email saying my insurance is cancelled and that I would be charged £75 fee for the appointment and £150 telematics fee as well as the two weeks insurance. I have no idea how a painted alloy effects my insurance in the slightest. After reading reviews I'm under the impression they use any excuse to cancel your insurance! Even tried ringing and was told 'I'm not being rude but this is your fault' it is not my fault I was totally unaware the alloys were painted and even said I would have them painted back silver. I was also hung up on after waiting on hold for 20min to speak to a supervisor. Compare the market needs to remove this company!
