Very disappointed and disgusted with the service from this company, they scammed me out of hundreds of pounds, They cancelling my policy stating that I had to have had my drivers licence for a longer period than what i do for them to insure me, this was NOT mentioned during the 22minute conversation when I was setting up the policy.. now they are going to take £150 for the installation and set up fees (including of a black which I have to pay £90 to take out) They have taken £71 for the first month of insurance, and are charging me £75 cancellation fee plus 6 days of insurance. They took me for a fool that day by not telling me this vital piece of information.. these people are heartless, opportunist, unethical and deplorable they do not value nothing and will absolutely anything to get your money.

what a terrible insurance company! they have done nothing but mess me around for the last year, at least once a month they have tried to cancel my policy for no reason. my payments started at £200 pcm and has since risen to £300 pcm. £500 got added to my account that no body could explain to me why causing my payments to go to £450 a month, luckily after 3 weeks of phone calls they managed to wipe this although no explanation was given to why it was on my account in the first place. please avoid this company, nothing but time wasters!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have the worst customer service and attitude towards a paying customer I have ever encountered .I have been left with a fine from the courts and threatened with arrest for being left uninsured by Wisedrives' failures .They have since ignored me and left me waiting on call for 90 minutes plus before cutting the phone dead .

Terrible company. So much hassle from the beginning. They ended up cancelling my policy after 6 weeks as apparently my no claims was invalid which cost me in cancellation fees and fees for the box installation plus having to find new insurance.

""Have been with WiseDriving for two years now and they are absolutely awful. I have cancelled my policy with them today and to say I am relieved is an understatement. I have had nothing but problems with them. They pride themselves on being great insurance for first time drivers... absolute joke couldn't be further from the truth. All they care about is robbing your money. If you're thinking about insuring with them then save yourself hassle, money and stress and go somewhere else... anywhere else. Thanks for nothing WiseDriving.

Wise drive sent someone to fit a black box in my car and when I went to use the car I noticed my electrics don't work, absolute joke.

Awful company. Signed up for insurance and then car was unavoidable kept at car garage awaiting car part to install. Tried to get install date delayed with no help from Wise driving. They cancelled my insurance and tried to charge me for black box install that never occurred! I got the Financial Ombudsman involved who were brilliant and ruled in favour, took a while but was worth it. Recommend others to refer to the ombudsman.

Engineer didn't appear on appointment,I waste whole day to wait to him,tried to call few times to get black box fitted,but they didn't,after 2 weeks they just cancelled my insurance without warning me via email or post,they just send a letter that my insurance expired 3days ago

I would give no stars if i could. Avoid like the plague! This company has systematically let me down on all levels. After an accident that even the police said wasn't my fault this company put me at fault because "I was a new driver". I was mortified, I was injured which I was told I couldn't claim for, I had time of work which they stated they couldn't compensate as I was 'at fault'. They made me feel terrible and did not keep me up to date on anything. I have since Moved to Admiral who have been brilliant!

I am mortified I'm a single mum just passed my test spent all my money on getting my car sorted so I can drive to work and went with wise. They rushed through everything I didnt even get any documents my car isnt insured and they have taken £275 out of my bank. I was trying for an hour to get through to them yesterday. Now i have no money to get to work as I expected to ve going in my car but can't drive with no insurence absolutely upset and discusted. Anyone else want to take thia company further if they dont refund me today I am because they have left me with no car to use and no money.

'What went wrong?' I could go on forever with how rubbish and disgusting this company has been for myself, my partner has already left a review and now its my turn. I had a quote of £158 per month which seemed VERY cheap as my insurance has been quite high due to my first 2 years of driving. I then got told because I was keeping this at my partners address every night and not my 'home' address I would get an increase of £600, this really upset me and made me start to worry as I couldn't afford the increase. I then found that online it is cheaper and it was £445 extra which I was willing to compromise with. To then receive a letter through from closebrothers stating its actually £525, they don't make clear in those emails that you will incur extra charges from the finance company. I would avoid at all costs. I also incurred all these extra charges AFTER my 14 day cancellation period. I then ring up and the company themselves are rude and arrogant and lied to me about close brothers being closed when they were open and refused to take my complaint seriously. But nevermind as I've cancelled my insurance with them today which was quotes at £211 per month and now I have insurance with Admiral for £130 a month, much better difference. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Disgusting company. Simple changed to your insurance will cost you heavily. Quoted +£400 for change of overnight address after initially being told the increase would be £800! Received letter stating the actual cost of the change would be £550 extra! Insurance may look cheap at first but avoid this company at all costs. Go with a reputable company. Do not use these penny pinching tossers. Poor customer services. Partner left in tears with the costs they add to which are not made clear. £120 new business fee outweighs any administration fees i have ever come across with a company in my life. So many terrible reviews online and after taking insurance out with them we regret it completely. Do not make the mistake we made by going for the company that initially looks cheapest. ALWAYS RESEARCH

Worst company ever. Sent me black box plug in which I did not receive within 2 weeks rang them 4 times and emailed 4 times reporting I had not received it was then told I would be contacted as was being looked into and was sent a cancellation letter a week later. Refused to refund deposit and cancelled my policy because I had not received it in time not my fault not even willing to look into this for me have just said there is nothing I can do!!! SCAMMING company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They've cancelled my policy after 2 weeks and i only found out 2 days later. Rang them to ask why and they couldn't give me 1 straight answer. They kept my deposit and charged me another £125 on top of that. I'm still thinking about taking action against this company. Avoid them. Worst company ever.

They are the worst insurance group EVER! Stay away, cancelled my insurance and didnt let me no for 2 days so I was driving round with 2 young kids in the car. Dont let them put you on hold they cut the line after waiting for 30 minutes to finally get through to some1. Taken money out of my account without letting me no. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!
