“Joke of a company. My girlfriend set up her insurance with this company shambles of a company with a £400 deposit and £167 with 1 years no claims. She made an error and realised she didnt have a years no claims as she was out by 4 days. This company then charged her a further £927 a year along with a further £256 deposit!!! Shes 19!!! Apparently her arse must be lined with diamonds.”

“This insurance company is ran by arrogant and protencious invalids who have no idea what they’re doing. I had to ring more than several times due to problems with my box and consequently had my insurance cancelled as a result of this, I cannot express how awful of a company this is and you should NEVER get insurance with them if you’re thinking about it! Spend that little extra and get someone worth paying for!”

“Added on fees for modifications that are not even fitted on the car. Claimed I had tinted windows & alloys adding another £130 to an already extortionate policy. Also added on £900 claiming they had not received my no claims certificate even though they were my previous provider. To make matters worse each time they added on a non existent modification as well as adding then taking off the no claims they charged me £35 in admin fees. After it taking over a month (to which it is still not recificed) they finally removed the add on charges for the no claims but left on the interest they had piled on top. They have finally removed the interest but said they would remove all the admin fee to which they did not. Two months into having the policy they have not removed the modifications that do not exist. Their call centre staff are ill advised, useless and rude. I have had nothing but issues with this company, originally telling me I could keep my original blackbox (To which im sure is rigged) from my previous policy. Two days before the blackbox had to be installed immediately told me I had been ill advised and I would have to take a day off work as the box had to go in ASAP or the insurance would be invalid. As a broker they clearly taking people for a ride, adding on extra fees & charges that should not have been. Once this policy has ended I would never use this company again. I would actually rather pay more to go with a different provider than use this company.”

“I don't even know where to start... Moved house and they wanted to charge me £100 + extra PER MONTH! Cancelled the policy, paid the fine and made sure there was no outstanding balance my end... also asked for my no claims to be emailed to me. I was then informed that I couldn't have this as there was an unresolved claim on my account! This was not true, finally got this resolved and was informed that I was due a refund of £300+ because I was being charged extra because of this claim. I was fairly happy to find out they owed me money. BUT THEN I received a number different emails over a two week period saying I owe them £1000 then £980, then £546. I called on several occasions to be told different information. I have logged a formal complaint but have had no contact for 5 weeks. I just called them today and they said they will be in touch before 8 weeks is up. I never write reviews but I would STRONGLY recommend that you should AVOID this company at all costs! I would rather pay more than deal with them again. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with.”

“They do what they want and the only thing they care about is making money. I been with this ensurance 1 year and I paid 300 pounds of deposit. When I canceled my insurance for selling my old car I had to pay 35 pounds and Of the £ 300 deposit returned me £ 96”

“Worst insurance company ever. Do not use! Contradicted themselves several times. Threatened to cancel my insurance several times (even with on time payments ). Put my contract up by £38 PER MONTH for no reason! Seems as though they do what they want!!”

“Absolutely useless. They are now charging me £75 because they are cancelling my policy due to the black box installers calling in sick. I've tried everything but they just push me to the side...never going with these guys again and I recommend you don't too.”

“Where do I start with this awful company?! I had the black box fitted which was fine. Only to find out a week later that wise driving were going to cancel my policy within 7 days because the installer of the black box had taken a blurry photo of my V5. I took a photo and sent it. This was not good enough. I scanned it over to them. I told them that I had also moved house just after i passed my driving test so now my V5 has my old address on but will send them my new V5 as soon as I get it. A few days later I get another threat of cancellation and had 28 days to send them the correct V5. I explained I have moved house and dvla have yet to send me the document. I never heard a thing back from them. Then out of the blue I had another email telling me that they are going to cancel the policy within 7 days and would incur charges. I eventually got this sorted. Fast forward a few months... I had a car accident and my car was a write off. No claims made, no other party involved. They told me when I advised what happened they would need to keep the claim open incase the council want to claim for the tree. Checked council website.. They do not claim for trees. I try and get insured on a new car well they wanted me to pay numerous figures. First figure was the premiums I was paying at £160 plus another £174 each month. And an extra £120 for a new black box fitted. The next person told me that it would be £54 refund and the insurance is lower. Would not give me a figure tho. Rang again this person said it's an £89 admin fee and then £1007.76 which I have in an email confirming this. I also queried the tree claim to which I was told they should never have kept it open and don't know why it is. Claim closed. I was also advised the £35 admin fee would be wavered the next time I called. I went away to talk to my grandparents about this quote and decided to go ahead. Rang them the lady I spoke to previously was not available and had not saved the quote. This time the quote was £1200. I have now cancelled the insurance with them. They are a scam!!! Don't bother!!!”
