“Got a reduction on the premiums of £200 for the year, however, there is a curfew unlike most telematics that is a giant pain and will probably stop me renewing with wisedriving.”

“Had my no Claims bonus discount cancelled, then reinstated however I’m still paying more then my original premium for no reason, I constantly call but get told “oh we’re looking in to it you will hear from us soon” but nothing ever happens”

“I tried to send no claims bonus proof but after the third time of trying you took away my discount even though you could see my no claimswas states clearly although the form was not accepted. When it was later reinstated after getting the correct form to yourselves I was then charged £35 administration fee. Ive now changed my car & it’s cost over £209 which I think is ridiculous.”
