“Unable to assist customer on call back basis. Phoned & sent messages severally for a call back or help be sort my car telematics that couldn’t just show blue signal up till now I’m yet to have a follow up rather receive emails on how you will cancel my insurance, that shows you don’t listen to your clients. Very poor customer service. The last time I called, I was on the phone for over an hour with my children in the car just waiting for the telematics to be fixed but you all failed me. No assistance”
