“Was charged £183 for changing my occupation from unemployed to in full time employment and no one could explain why. Customer service team are dreadful as they show no sympathy and are completely unhelpful. This insurance company are a bunch of robbing bastards who will charge you for breathing the same air as them. Dirty crooks.”
