“There is far too much for me to type. But generally a very bad attitude from the customer service team who seem to have no options available to them. Black box picking up acceleration data incorrectly (always at 0 except random days). As a professional driver I feel extremely degraded by the way I've been treat. Would avoid this company at all costs and would cancel but can't due to the fact I've invested over £1,400 in this policy and they are wanting another £400. Wise driving have put me in financial difficulty and seem to be morally okay with it.”
