“I bought these toner cartridges for my Samsung M2070W printer as the recommended ones are very expensive. I've had mixed results from non-brand inks in the past but these have performed really well. Service was excellent and everything arrived on time and was very well packaged.”

“I bought a 30pin to lighting adapter I wanted this to be able to use my phone on my old speakers. However it does not work for this purpose, to be absolutely fair I asked the question to inks direct at the time of buying and it was confirmed that this cable would only transfer data. I assumed that music on phone was data. Obviously not. Cable does not communicate from speaker to phone. Inks Direct did say this but I didn't receive their answer to question before I bought it. my fault too impatient!”

“I bought the Type-C to 3.5mm Aux Adapter in order to use existing headphones with my new iPad Pro. It was delivered very quickly but unfortunately did not work. Inks Direct responded very promptly to my request for a refund and this was dealt with within a few days. Top marks for customer service, pity the product didn’t live up to expectations.”
