“Ordered the earpods, they won't connect to an IPad after 20 attempts I've given up, followed the instructions but still hopeless, every other brand it's a seconds work, maybe I'm just unfortunate”

“There was a buy one get one free offer which I accidentally missed the screen to enter and made my purchase. When I contacted customer to request they add it I was told “no” they wouldn’t. I was spending the required amount to qualify and actually because the offer was get a 2nd free was the only reason I was purchasing the item. I won’t buy from them again.”

“The AirPods glitch, repetitively playing the ‘connected’ and ‘disconnected’ sound at random points. Very annoying and inconvenient. Will be returning and swapping these.”

“Do not buy from Gear Geek. I have ordered from here three times now and each time I wish I hadn’t. The first time I ordered I paid extra for next day delivery and the product did not arrive the next day. I was then sent a “we’re sorry here’s 10% off your next order” so I used this and it took so long to arrive that I was on holiday when I received the product so I couldn’t accept the delivery as it was meant to arrive 5 days earlier than it did. The last and FINAL time, I ordered a 3 in 1 wireless charger for my mum for Christmas and it doesn’t even work. You put your phone on it for an hour and it will say it’s charging but when you take your phone off, it doesn’t go up by a single %. Please do not order from here.”
