I’m not happy I have bought 2 pairs of the air pro both have worked well to begin with then after about 2 months the case no longer charges the right AirPod

I placed my order in a Friday before 3pm paid an extra £5.95 for a speedier delivery and the order didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. I also bought one of the smart watches, before I made the purchase I spoke to an agent to ensure there was no nickel in the watch and I was told the watch was made with stainless steel and silicone. I asked again does this contain any nickel on the sensors etc. I was told "No rest assured this does not contain nickel." After wearing the watch for an hour I developed a rash exactly like any other nickel rashes I have had. Overall I wasn't really impressed with the customer service or the products. When I asked about the delivery I was told I didn't place the order in enough time to qualify for next day delivery when I did. I challenged this and was then advised there was an error and my order was missed.

Beware!! Beware!!! Compatible Lightning to 30-Pin Adaptor not working! Didn’t replace or refund money! On the description saying that should work with iPhone 6 but it’s not true! Ignore for all my requests for refund! I wrote to this address; info/a/geargeek.co.uk 3 times, asking for a refund and asking to send me a postal label to return item. So far I haven't received any response from you.

On website, lightning to hdmi cable is just to plug in both ends and see phone or tv, did not happen. Not paper instructions. Website says look up product and print off instructions. Contrary to what firms think, mills of us do not have access to broadband and do not have printers. Could you possibly send me instructions by email.

Product took ages to pair then the plastic split within days of use! The headphones hadn’t been dropped and photos show this as there is no other damage, they split due to quality and being cheap Chinese copy’s

Item was overpriced. The materials used are now substantial and the whole lunchbox feels flimsy. It is very small so unable to take a decent portion with me.
