Series 9 arrived, but did not work. It would not turn on, nor would it charge. Was asked to send a video of the watch not working, which I did. Was then told the video was to large and I would have to compress the video! Was advised that maybe the charger, or maybe the plug that I used to charge all other items. Returning the watch is a pain, email after email, then told to wait 48 hours before someone will be in touch. Never again.

Hi I brought headphones but everytime I use them they say crunchy and turn themselves off they won’t stay on.really touch sensitive aswell my hair touch’s it the lightest and it pauses my music every five minutes 🙈🙈

Counts writing and typing as steps. Whenever I try to do my 5k run my watch keeps stopping. The women’s health section is a positive tho as you don’t see that on many watches. The size is good as I just wanted a small fitness watch to track.

I haven’t received my order and the last update from Royal Mail was on Monday, three days ago, saying they are expecting it. It’s a gift and I have no idea what’s happening.
