“This was my 4th purchase from gear geeks. Until this purchase very Happy. These headphones did not work with Apple as described. Contacted gear geeks, and not very helpful no refund or replacement offered sadly I will not recommend gear geeks anymore.”

“Only worked for a couple months before breaking - suddenly won’t charge at all. I have cleaned and everything so I know it is not an issue my end.”

“From the video I watched before purchasing the item I thought I was gonna grab a steal, make a good review on my blog page on TikTok, YouTube etc really promoting this website. However from what I received I don’t think I can do that. The video on YouTube showed a completely different product from what I had received. No Apple popup, it’s just normal Bluetooth earphones.”

“I received a set of headphones that didn't work and fell apart in my hands. After sending 2 videos of the headphones not working I requested a refund, with no response. I've now sent the earphones back to HQ and not heard back.”
