I ordered the waterproof headset and whilst for running and cycling they work well, when I tried swimming in them the music cut out every second which was very frustrating.

Originally ordered 21st May, special next day delivery. Although I inputted the address correctly, they wrote my address wrong and it was sent back to the warehouse. Again, they emailed me asking for a new address, I emailed straight away and again they sent it out but got the address wrong. This has happened 3 times, 3 times it got sent back to their warehouse after reaching my local delivery office. 4th time now waiting for it to be delivered. Date is 11th June today...Also they wont send next day although I paid for next day the first time round. Everytime they resend it takes 4 days...

I have ordered from you before and was initially really pleased. Having lost one the inserts that fits in my phone for the magnetic charging cable I wanted to replace it. Firstly you do not sell the inserts for the phone seperately which meant I have to buy the complete set. Secondly I am charged for Royal Mail 48hr delivery, which was £3.95. My order was place on Tueday 13 May, dispatched Wed 14 May so technically I should have received it on Firday 16 May - I received it today Monday 19 May. So far I am not massively impressed with this particular order or service hence the 2 stars

The website said there would be quick delivery, within a day or two, however it took 8 days for two cables to arrive. Do not order from them if you want something quickly! It may take ages to get to you!

Bought two watches - one for me and my wife - but neither connect to the phone properly. Just about managed to accept calls, but no notifications of messages etc. We’ve switched watches to see if that helped, but that was no good either. So I’ll be sending them back

First two pairs of ear buds were good. Third have stopped working after one month. Spoke to the help bot who said someone would be in contact with me. They have not! (Very annoyed)

I bought earbuds and they don’t connect properly. Sometimes if you move slightly away from the phone they disconnect. But the colour is beautiful and I wish they worked!
