The item I received didn’t work I did get in contact 4or5 times but Just got fobbed off. Every time i got in contact it was hard work. They wanted this and that doing. All I wanted was to exchange the item for one that worked. £30 down the drain It wasn’t worth are the messing about. In the end I though the item in the bin Don’t think I will be useing again.

Not what I expected. Quality is really sub par. Drop a earbud on the phone and it splits in two. Doesn't have noise cancelling or transparency mode. Doesn't even have the battery check when you connect to your iphone. Not worth the price

Parcel didn’t arrive in stated time. However contacted customer service and they refunded the delivery and sent out a new one which arrived quickly

The watch looks good but does not operate as described. The app needs fixing as soon as possible as it DOES NOT do what is claims it should be doing. I’ve actually given up using the app and only use the smart watch as a watch to tell the time.

while their delivery is quick and their response team is efficient, they are not good if you have to return a product, hence .. unless you plan to keep the product no matter if it fits or not, i wouldnt purchase from them again

I got the AirPods Pro and When I first got them they were really good and very fast postage but they don’t work after a while After 2 weeks the AirPods case fell apart and only one works now so now I have to buy different earphones

Got the wireless ear buds. They run out of charge really quickly. Other than that I guess they’re okay but that is really annoying I’m having to charge them every hour or two /:

Instructions for set-up are threadbare and unhelpful. How do I set it up so it simply monitors heart rate and steps without having to select an activity and then press go? Can it be set up so it just monitors steps, heart beat and tells the time so I don't have to download the app?

Not what I expected, the charger is the wrong charger and doesn’t fit. The air pods disconnect if not immediately playing something so have to spend another 5 mins reconnecting

Trying to return item I bought as a guest so it doesn’t show on my gear geek account, which of course makes it so complicated I’m going to leave it and live with loss of I’ve spent on that very low quality product

Second adapter doesn’t not work. Jack and charger adapter. Ordered 2 1 with just the Jack & the charger and Jack adapter in one. The single one works fine

Very tinny. No good for music. Ok for listening to speech. Dropped one on a hard floor. It split open and after clicking it back together it won’t charge. Save your money.

Need to monitor the delivery service, whether by Royal Mail or Couriers. i paid to have a 2-3 day delivery, and although there were Strikes of 2 days and a weekend, it took 11 days to reach me
