“The headphones are pretty glitchy and lower the volume on my phone when I'm not touching them. Doesn't always happen, but annoying when it does.”

“The order didn't arrive and I had to chase. And when the earphones did arrive they did not work properly, continually disconnecting. Tried re-setting and followed all the advise on how to make them astay connected - nothing works and have given up.”

“Pro 3 ear buds are not very good the touch controls are to sensitive I had an original pair of the pro ear buds and they are far superior. I can’t make phone calls with them because the touch controls are so sensitive it ends calls and even starts to play music when not wanted”
