“The product came really fast and I was really happy with the product having being a sky user for many years my outdoor aerial was the old analog so I purchased an indoor aerial which picks up the signal as far as 25km away. A total bargain compared to having a new aerial fitted to the house”

“Bought a product that was well priced but turned to it to be defective, which is obviously of no fault to Inks. After emailing them to advise, they quickly responded and said they’d send out an FOC replacement for next day delivery. This actually turned up after two days. I would be giving 5 stars if it had arrived the next day. Have to praise the customer service to send out an FOC replacement when a lot of companies would try and wriggle our of it.”
