“Ordered an adapter & cable. Unfortunately the cable didn't arrive. No big deal. It arrived a few days later. A week late the adapter stopped working. Sent an email offering to return it but was sent an email back to say a new one will be sent out straight away. Its arrived and is working. Great service and will definitely use them again.”

“We ordered an item which arrived promptly, we thought that it was faulty so contacted Inks Direct who immediately sent out a replacement, when that arrived, again promptly, we could not get it to work either and we discovered that it was our equipment not the items . I have now returned the items, Inks Direct could not have been more helpful, I would definitely recommend them.”
