“Ordered something for my holiday and paid to have it delivered in 1-2 days, it arrived after I went on my holidays so wouldn’t order anything else from them. Having written this review I returned home to try the headphones I’d bought I was was quite impressed by how good they where for the price( which is why I wanted to add to my comments) I am actually gonna look into seeing if they are still on offer to buy some more.”

“despite the fact that only 1 [one] item had been ordered [one pack set] I received two packs of inks , the two were charged before being despatched. more than I needed right now but I will be keeping them. A great pity, for otherwise the transaction went well. Mr. F.Richardson”

Hello Mr. F.Richardson, Thanks for your feedback. I've just double checked and it appears you've checkout twice 5 minutes between orders. I'm not sure if you weren't sure if the first order went through and then placed a second order order but we don't have any control over this. You have to actively enter your payment information and place the order 2 times. I have refunded back the second order as clearly you only wanted 1. Thank you Inks Direct

“I was in need of a new supplier and Inks Direct supplied me with inks for my printer and they were perfect.My original supplier would not replace 4 faulty inks so I turned to Inks Direct and they were quick to respond”

“I've got the cartridge, it's a very good price and fit perfectly with my printer, the delivery was little bit late, I have order it on Sunday, i received a text that the parcel has been posted in the same day, but I received it on Friday, next week, not in 2-3 days as was promoted on the website. When I call, someone answer me straight away, which is good otherwise I got panicked, and assure me that the order will be with me soon. So was everything good.”

“Excellent and quick service. I needed the lead in a hurry because I was having to use my phone for everything as I forgot my laptop at my mum's. It was a bit of a rare lead too - one that allows charging and headphone listening from one port. HTC U11 phone only has one port for both charging and headphones. I was just glad to find one that was even compatible and it was a real bonus to receive it so quickly. I was up and running in no time. Massive thank you!”
