“My first cartridge did not work. After I contacted the company to let them know, they just asked for a few pictures to confirm I had the correct cartridge and printer and then send me a replacement within a day without even being asked! Excellent customer service, could not be better.”

“Excellent laser toner cartridge at 80% lower cost than locally available. Construction and output quality indistinguishable from OEM product. Clear concise instruction leaflet with helpful hints included. Takes a couple of days for delivery, but with substantial savings to be made, it's feasible (and makes economic sense) to carry a spare for urgent needs. Comes well packaged in heavy duty bubble wrap protection. More than satisfied with Inks Direct service and product quality.”

“Having come across Inks Direct through Google and this being my first order I must say I am happy with the services I received and the product seems to be of a good quality (only just installed my new ink cartridge so time will tell).
