“I ordered the wrong product due to my printer being refurbished with a non standard part. Inks Direct have been very proactive and helpful, replacing the cartridge with the correct one. I shall be using this company again. Thanks Mudasir”

“first cartridge was broke at delivery time, I emailed inks and they agreed without an issue to replace which came straight away. Of course I sent them pictures of proof with my original email.”

“Quality of the toner that I ordered is fantastic. Unfortunately we had some issues with the courier company but my review is based primarily on the overall experience and how professionally and promptly the issue was resolved by Inks Direct.
