“I’m very pleased with there gear”

“The black cartridge worked fine but when I fitted another colour later it did not work, the printer just could not recognise it and the chip looks different. I haven't tried the remaining cartridges in the set as I gave up and bought some from another company. I was advised to complete an online form for return and refund but heard nothing more.”

“I ordered 2 charging cables for my Samsung Galaxy S8 and they arrived as promised within about 3 days. I m not very "techie" so I don't know how much of the "quality" of the charger (mainly charging speed but also if well made/sturdy etc) comes from the plug and how much from the cable - but anyway the one I am using (I haven't tried the other one yet) seems to pump in the charge about the same rate my original Samsung one did and in any case, fast enough such that even with loads of windows and apps open (so the processor working hard - therefore using charge quickly), it more than keeps up. And the cables were far cheaper than Samsung ones and seemed cheaper even than most other non original ones.”
