“I was having an intermittent issue with a projector. Gear Geek advised me to just return and replace the product. The return process couldn't have been easier. Personally, I feel having an easy exchange process is just as important as selling good products because invariably stuff goes wrong from time to time. Would recommend this company.”

“I am unable to use the earphones as the in call quality is so low. No one can hear me clearly and I can only hear if there is absolutely no background noise. The music volume is fine but I have had to buy a different pair to speak on the phone so I don't use them at all. It is a shame as they are very comfortable.”
