“It was easy to order and I also paid extra for next day delivery. I was guaranteed if it was placed before 1pm I would get the order next day. However, whilst order was placed before 1pm it was not till a few days until I got my order. Don't pay extra for delivery is literally it I guess.”

“I ordered a set of cartridges for my laser printer but had an issue with one of them once installed. Inks Direct were quick to respond to my problem and sent a replacement by 1st class. Customer Service as you'd hope for!”
