“I purchased an Apple Watch strap and had to return it due to wrong size, customer service was excellent! But unfortunately the watch strap only lasted a month, it became very loose and didn’t stay in place right, so it is now in the bin 🤦‍♀️”

“I ordered my most recent pair of cheap wireless ear buds from Gear Geek as the ones I have ordered direct from China in the past have always failed after a few weeks. These did too, but I was able to have them replaced - twice - free of charge and without too much faff. I now have a set that work (most of the time) compiled from two of the pairs. What they lack in product quality, they make up for in customer service!”

“I appreciate the good service by Gear Geek and prompt response from customer service. I did receive a faulty item which was not as described, but even though I didn't contact them straightaway they accepted the return. With a second item I had difficulty getting it to 'pair' with my phone but was given good support from Rachael until I was able to sort it out.”

“I payed for quick delivery - but the messaging wasn't clear and I ordered over the weekend so I didn't get quick delivery at all and should have stuck to roayl mail. Gear Geek could automate that postage offer so no one ends up paying extra for something that isn't available.”
