“Don’t buy from this place. Selling knockoff items that don’t even work or connect to your device properly, then when you try to get a refund they just stall you and don’t give you one anyway. Don’t buy from this place.”

“Ordered a pair of glasses at 8pm we had thought lost. Typically, we found them immediately after placing the order! Within 10 minutes I had searched for instructions on how to cancel an order placed outside of business hours and emailed as directed. At 8.40am the following day, I received an email informing me that it wasn’t possible to cancel my order as it had already been processed. About 40 minutes later, an email told me the order had been shipped. Stars given as product was fine and delivery was within a couple of days. Stars deducted due to cancellation not happening despite following instructions on website and inflexible and unhelpful customer service.”
